The print arrived, but I am still not able to scan the product as described on the website. The company provided a link to a test app that works from one device, unless you share the app, which is not the advertised experience. At this point in time I’d expand even more on it, highlighting how horrible the total experience was communicating with the company’s representatives. I had to ask for a refund 8 times, and they just kept ignoring it, without saying either yes or no. They asked for a ton of information: pictures of the product etc. to help them troubleshoot, without providing me with any information. After tons of back and forth and weeks of time, they said they can’t refund the product, which felt absolutely unfair.
