Absolutely disappointed with this store. My order was incomplete — the two chairs I purchased were missing, even though I was told everything would be delivered together. I emailed them to request the missing items, but responses were slow and unhelpful. The delivery date kept changing: first it was scheduled for the 11th, then moved to the 12th, and now it’s been pushed again to the 18th. To make things worse, the transport company didn’t even know how many items were in the order — despite the quantity being clearly listed on the delivery note attached to the items.
