So disappointed with how Wallfelt failed to help me out. I won ten pieces in a competition but was in quarantine with Covid when they arrived. As the package was returned I apologised for the inconvenience and asked if I could pay for the return. They declined and rudely commented “we have done our duty”.

Thank you for your comment Ingela. We do not understand that you have informed the post office that you where in quarantine or asked someone else to pick it up and explain the situation. Also you thought the package would stay at the post office for up to 2 weeks. We think it is the customer's responsibility to know how long a package will stay at the post office. Especially in your own country. The package was returned automatically. We paid the cost and we offered you a 30% discount that cover our expenses. We think a fair offer.
