Last week I received my Demon Slayer preorder. The pops were well protected and packed in a double box. The rarer pops were nicely placed in a protector. The delivery date was earlier than expected, and I was kept well informed about it. I have already placed several orders in the past, and I will definitely be doing so again in the future! The order was neatly packaged and arrived within the specified time, so that's a positive. However, due to a computer malfunction, I never received a confirmation of my order, nor any updates on its status. As a result, the package was left on the doormat because I wasn't home. I find this a bit less pleasant since someone could have easily taken it before I got home.
