I did not receive the package, it says it was shipped but it never arrived to me, I was home that day and they didn't call me nor was it in the mailbox. I made the claims to the shipping company the same day. As of today 01/09/2026 there has been no response from either the company or FedEx, I am really disappointed because it was a gift for my daughter, a fan of the series. If you check the supposed delivery, someone signed for it who is not me, in fact, the name is not even similar to mine and the excuse of 30 days is not valid because the initial claim of this publication is from the day after the supposed delivery.

Only a pity that the delivery man threw it over the wall and we weren't back from vacation yet.
