The Funko figures were well packaged and arrived safely. However, the ETA for the pre-orders is not entirely reliable (the original date was March 15, then it was pushed back to April 25, likely not due to the store's fault. The shipment was ultimately sent out in early April).
My product was damaged, and when I inquired with support about whether I could return it and receive an undamaged figure in exchange, I was told that this would not happen because it is a manufacturing defect and they are not responsible for it. However, if I still do not want to keep the product, I can return it at my own expense.
