Well packaged. Clear descriptions. Sometimes a long wait, but that is clearly indicated as well. The only thing that could be improved is to make it a bit clearer which order is on the way, since we often have multiple orders pending. There will likely be an order number included, but sometimes it would be a bit more convenient to also see a brief overview of the order itself, so you know which one it is. Other than that, everything is great. The communication over the phone is excellent. We love buying from you. It's all for my son. I won't be judging the dolls. Knowing that my son is happy with them, he would probably give them 5 stars. A big thumbs up for you!

First time shopping at PopsPortal. I placed an order and couldn't cancel it. Nothing was mentioned when clicking and purchasing the product. I indicated this via email. Suddenly, it could be canceled, and I received store credit (as requested), but then after 10 days, the order was still shipped, and the store credit became invalid. However, regarding the service for this order, I expected a bit more! The quality is good, and it was well packaged.
