What terrible service! A pre-order and a regular order only arrive when everything is in stock, which seems fine at first. However, once the date has passed, you hear nothing. I asked twice what the new date might be, and the response was: no idea. Then the order arrives, without any email information from PopsPortal, and one item is missing (not the pre-order, of course). The response I received was that they no longer have it! You would think they would set everything aside and wait for the pre-order, but no, they just sell it and leave you out of luck. This is the first and last time I will order here. I also understand why they have adopted a different name. I wonder how long they will last under this name. It's better to order from funkopopeurope.com.

Fast delivery, but they should check better what they send.
