The products do not seem entirely "new." One product came with an "old" Funko Pop plastic cover, and the other product had dents and creases on the box. Not to mention that new Funkos should have no scratches on the plastic part. One of the two products was full of these issues. Personally, I think the products have been shipped and used before, or they were demo models. For such prices, the expectation is that the products are in new condition, unless otherwise stated on the website. Nevertheless, 4 stars. Update: the product that was in an old cover box turns out to be defective. According to other Funko sellers, this is because the Funko is fake. I have contacted this seller for a replacement, but I have to keep following up to get an update. Unfortunately, we are already months into this. In short, 1 star for: defective/fake received products, poor communication, and bad customer service. No flexibility or empathy at all.

Everything with the order was well organized, I could pick it up easily. The showroom also looked very nice; I was too weak on the spot to resist adding to my order, hahaha.
