Order placed before Christmas and still nothing received by January 21. I find this unacceptable and unfortunately, I don't think I will ever order anything from the site again or even recommend it. It's a shame. I still give 2 stars because you can find products that others don't have, but at the same time, I don't have the products either.

My last two orders did not go as I am used to, but in both cases, I was helped quickly and, above all, in a customer-oriented manner. I was kept well informed, and we reached a nice solution. I am not a fan of pre-orders or back-orders because they often depend on other parties, but I will definitely place this kind of order more often here. All in all, I highly recommend PopsPortal and hope to continue bothering them with orders for a long time.

The package was perfectly protected! I have nothing to say except that unfortunately, the box of the Pop is damaged, with dented corners, lots of scratches on the transparent plastic, and scratches on the cardboard... I also had some stains, but I managed to get rid of them. So overall, the condition is a 6.5/10. It's a good site with plenty of interesting products, but if you want a flawless Pop, be careful.
