What we do indicate, and what we have also done with you, is that based on previous negative experiences with pre-orders, it may sometimes be wiser to wait until an item is actually in stock. That is not arrogance, but honest and transparent advice. Regarding communication: with thousands of active pre-orders, it is not realistic to personally email every customer about every change. Therefore, we continuously keep ETAs updated in the user account and on the product pages. As soon as we receive concrete new information from the supplier, we adjust this immediately. Finally: There was no issue of "not delivering" items, but rather a change in the ETA schedule from Funko (beyond our control).
