I placed a pre-order that was supposed to be shipped on 15-12-25. I didn't receive a shipping email and had to find out on the website that the date had been postponed. I sent an email asking for an explanation. After a long wait, I finally received a polite response. After the new date, I still hadn't received an email stating that it had been shipped. After sending another email and receiving a response, I finally received my order. I believe I shouldn't have had to chase this up myself. A message to the people who pre-ordered with an explanation would have been more courteous.

Al jaren mijn vaste plek om Funko’s te bestellen. Ze hebben een super ruim aanbod. Funko’s worden altijd op tijd verzonden, ook worden ze goed verpakt. Laatst had ik voor het eerst een Funko gekregen die helaas beschadigd was, maar het werd heel netjes en snel opgelost.

All the boxes were in good condition, and the service was smooth and excellent. My pre-ordered pop had a slight delay due to customs.
