Great webshop! There were a few issues, but I received a quick response from customer service. I also received an email from them later about the shipping. Super friendly people! Thank you!

The site is very well-stocked!! The package was very well packaged. I have nothing to say about that. However, there was an issue with retrieving the package. After numerous exchanges, everything ended well.

Order placed before Christmas and still nothing received by January 21. I find this unacceptable and unfortunately, I don't think I will ever order anything from the site again or even recommend it. It's a shame. I still give 2 stars because you can find products that others don't have, but at the same time, I don't have the products either.

My last two orders did not go as I am used to, but in both cases, I was helped quickly and, above all, in a customer-oriented manner. I was kept well informed, and we reached a nice solution. I am not a fan of pre-orders or back-orders because they often depend on other parties, but I will definitely place this kind of order more often here. All in all, I highly recommend PopsPortal and hope to continue bothering them with orders for a long time.
