Dear Menno, When placing a pre-order, you explicitly agree to our pre-order terms and conditions. You must check a box to do this; otherwise, you cannot complete your purchase. We do this to avoid confusion. Our terms clearly state that: - Delivery dates (ETAs) are indicative and may change due to the manufacturer. - Cancellation of a pre-order results in a store credit, not a refund (because we have unnecessarily ordered the item specifically for you as a customer). What we do indicate, and what we have also done with you, is that based on previous negative experiences with pre-orders, it may sometimes be wiser to wait until an item is actually in stock. Therefore, we continuously keep ETAs updated in the user account and on the product pages. As soon as we receive concrete new information from the supplier, we adjust this immediately.
