I ordered back-ordered items, so I expected completely new figures in perfect condition. Unfortunately, several boxes had scratches, and one had multiple tears, scratches, and dents. Additionally, I did not receive any confirmation of the order, so after a while, I emailed them and did receive an immediate response.
