We sincerely apologize for how this has turned out. Unfortunately, the item has never actually been in stock since your order. The ordering option you saw at the time was due to a stock error. Since this is an exclusive item for the American market that is no longer being produced, we are unable to reorder it. I understand that a refund does not feel the same as receiving the desired item, but this is currently the only way to properly resolve this situation.
