2nd Update as a reply to the response from company: Your website clearly (still, today), says "Bestelling binnen 2 werkdagen geleverd" and in the terms "Orders die op voorraad zijn en zijn geplaatst voor 16:00 worden dezelfde dag verzonden, orders na 16:00 of in het weekend worden de eerste volgende werkdag verzonden." So my expectation was set by you. If you're a small business and cannot stick to your promises, all you have to do is change the promise to reflect the reality - that way, people like me won't be disappointed. Update: Another 4 days after placing this review, someone finally contacted me and sent the remainder of the order with apologies. No reason given for the late initial shipping or terribly slow communication. I won't be ordering again. Original review: Terrible service. I ordered on October 27th. On the 30th I got confirmation the order was packed with tracking number. The package wasn't given to the postal service until late night on November 1st and when the package finally arrived, 25% of the order was missing. Whatsapp messages are ignored, and so far, no reply to my email after 4 days.
