I was expecting 50cl bottles and not 33cl cans. I feel ripped off as the price per 33cl can was the same/similar to the 50cl bottle. I'm trying hard to stay sober and access to this English beer is a lifeline. I'm disappointed in your company. UPDATE So I was contacted by Robin who clearly explained the administrative error that happened to my order because their new system was not updated. I was reimbursed immediately for the surcharge. I am extremely happy with the reaction of Robin and his company to resolve my problem sovquickly and efficiently. Thank you so much. I will continue to order my favourite alcohol free beer from Alcoholvrij Bierhuis.
