The product was delivered promptly and is convenient in terms of assembly and maintenance. It does catch flies and fruit flies, but it is not a complete solution. Especially in daylight, the device does not attract flies directly; it is most effective in the dark. Overall, I find the I-trap 30 LED helpful, but it is also quite expensive. Oh, and one more thing: the (customer) service is excellent and professional, which definitely deserves a compliment!
