I contacted the store directly on Monday morning, and they responded promptly to my issue. They even offered to resend the item, but fortunately, that wasn't necessary. Unfortunately, DHL caused the delay, but once it was on its way, I received it the next day! I was asked for a review while I still hadn't received my order. In fact, I haven't even received a shipping confirmation... so based on that, I'm not very positive yet.
