Very weak NFC signal on London Underground. To the reply below - OBVIOUSLY I am talking about signal of NFC chip contacting the reader, not Mobile or any similar signal. Your customers are not idiots. Your metal coating is blocking your NFC chip connection leading people spending twice as much time trying to pay on the Tube than using physical card/watch/phone. This is the issue that needs resolving.

Brilliant payment ring, very happy with my purchase. Struggled to connect curve with the ring .That was my error as i had samsung related curve card. I changed to an ordinary curve . Worked first time no issues.
