Order not received. Received a mail saying the problem was in the warehouse. Still waiting two weeks later. Edit: still waiting, no tracking, viable explanation. Is this company a scam? Just terrible. Stay away. Edit: Aug 21. Still waiting. Now apparently it's a courier problem. The Netherlands post is not functional? Why don't they just replace the order while they sort their internal issues? Unreal. Final edit Sept. 2: has been a lengthy process but the order finally received. Once made aware of the problem they actually did their best to correct the situation. Issue resolved.
