Everything was in perfect order.

Super fast delivery and the lighter fully met my expectations. Additionally, I also received an extra lighter as a gift.

Order placed on Monday, December 30 before 9 PM. Hoping that what is stated on the website about next-day delivery would hold true, it was only received on January 2. (Due to the busy period, unfortunately). This should have been mentioned on the website, as all my other packages via DHL and PostNL arrived on time. I only unpacked the lighters 2 days later; they were simply in a bubble envelope without any other packaging (Well, something could break). Unfortunately, one of the two lighters is defective. You have to click several times for a flame. The click switch also gets stuck. I informed them via email that I wanted to return it. I received a response asking if I could send a video. This is a lighter; it doesn't click properly. Anyway, I made a video and sent it. After that, no further response. Not via email, web form, or WhatsApp. (They are not reachable by phone). Since I now also have no confidence in the one that is still working, I want to return both. You are directed to a web form on the website. Unfortunately, you cannot open this form. (You get a 404 error). Of all the web shops, this is truly a bad one, especially regarding customer service. Why make it so difficult to return items? This is my first one-star review. (What a shame!)
