The user manual is a vague copy and not clear. There are accessories included that are not clearly explained. The collection trays in the eco toilet do not fit properly, causing the closing flap to get stuck. Additionally, there is only a 220V plug for the fan instead of a battery connector. However, the telephone support is friendly.

I received a free product with my order.

I urgently needed a dry toilet. One phone call and we could pick up the product right away, super nice!

Toilet delivered but did not contain what was supposed to be included according to the description, and since I also had a few small questions about it, I sent an email regarding that. After a week, I still hadn't received any response, so I emailed again. Now, almost another week has passed, and there is still no response to my complaint and questions, let alone a solution for the missing parts as described... Not very customer-friendly and certainly not service-oriented... Or am I mistaken?? ========================================== Addition to the first review ========================================== After the first review, my email was finally addressed correctly, and the problem was resolved. It's a pity that there wasn't earlier communication, as that would have alleviated frustration, but: "all's well that ends well."
