Great service, just what we needed to make last minute Nativity crown.

I placed my order on the 20th, it's the 27th and I still don't have any news, nor can I track my order. I'm not happy.

Hello, the description of what i baught says :The Horse-Unicorn kit contains: 3 large colored templates and 1 white unicorn template. A test shape to practice, folding and building instructions. Fast drying glue and a folding lath. and in the box there is only 1 large colored template and just one small white page for the corn. So the bow is not complete at all; It has been offered yesterday for Christmas, imagine the disappointment. Can you please contact me. You voicemail message says you are open from 9 to 5 but i keep on trying and get the voicemail message. Nobody is answsering (by the way, since you sale in France as well you should translate your voicemail message in English because I had to put a speaker in front of google g=traduction to understand your hours of opening. I want for your feedbakc. Thanks
