I love this shop. The quality of product is very good, the delivery is super-fast and they have always a positive and helpful attitude. Every interaction I had with this store was flawless. Before my last order, I called to ask if they had in stock the machine I wanted (I needed it fast) and the lady I talked to adviced me to wait a few more days an buy it in a bundle, which I did and this alone saved me quite a few bucks. Also (and I appreciated this a lot!), when they sent the machine, they added detailed instructions with the various settings they discovered were best during testing different materials and this alone saved me a lot of trouble and effort.
