Editing my first review to provide more information: The reservoir package came with missing items inside the box. I asked the seller’s customer support and they referred me to the Quooker customer support. I checked with Quooker support and they sent me the missing items separately. They also said that the serial number of the reservoir and the tap shows they’re from different years, 2023 and 2024 which is not a problem by itself but it’s unusual. I have now my Quooker installed after a week of struggle and waiting for the missing items. The seller claims that this is the Quooker’s fault as they receive all the packages from them without any intervention.

Hi Farnood, as discussed in a previous email, we are also very sorry that the package with missing parts was delivered to you. We unfortunately see that many customers also sometimes make mistakes during installation and think parts are missing. in most cases they are then immediately well helped by quooker and often the item can be installed without sending additional items. This is why we let customers contact Quooker directly. (This was also advised to us by Quooker), as we do not have missing parts etc. in stock and Quooker can solve this immediately with the customer instead of having a party in between that causes further unnecessary delay in forwarding messages. We receive the faucets and boilers separately directly from Quooker. These are assembled into the correct combination without being opened and shipped to our customers. We find it very strange that the customer service indicates that this is unusual, we will put this to the relevant service department of Quooker as the managers are aware of this. We receive new stock from Quooker on a weekly basis. Good to hear that it was solved well in the end, and again our apologies for the possible delay and lack of clarity of your order.
