The order was a birthday gift. It was clear in it that the delivery should be on the 17th. But the gift was delivered on the 16th... Acceptable because it could have happened on the 18th... The package was as bought. So that is the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise would have been 5.
I live in Canada and my friend is in the Netherlands. I entered the wrong address for a wine delivery. I contacted the company and they were so helpful and understanding. They made sure the gift got to my friend at the correct address. I would 100% recommend! Thank you for your help.

Veel te klein boeket voor die prijs. Was zeker geen 20 euro waard.
Het is een mooie bos, maar 40€ totaal is wel erg duur als je vergelijkt met iets afhalen in de buurt.
