Profimart states that it has been shipped with DPD. Delivery is scheduled for the next working day. Live tracking is visible, and I stayed home for 3 days, but each day I received a message at the end of the day: sorry, delivery will be tomorrow. Now a week has passed, and I still haven't received anything. If Profimart continues to ship with DPD, I will order elsewhere in the future. DRAMA
Excellent service! The valve was leaking. After a phone call, I received a valve key in the mail, which resolved the issue immediately. The delivery of the hand truck wheel was also prompt. Great company!
