Shoes and socks are fine, but unfortunately, the communication was not very good. We only received information about the delayed delivery after inquiring. However, we were not given an estimated delivery date. The order page stated that the shoes would be shipped in 2-3 days, but it unfortunately took us 4 weeks. It's a shame; there is definitely room for improvement here.

On May 22, 2025, I placed a sneaker order for my son as a birthday present, with a shipping promise of 5-9 business days. However, so far I have only received promises to ship once the merchandise arrives at the premises of this brokerage firm. SNEAXX is selling products they don't have and need to receive first before they can ship, with an apparently uncertain outcome. I would not place another order with this brokerage firm.

Quality is good. Delivery time longer than stated.

The order took a very long time.
