What a terrible experience this is!! I ordered shoes which I had to wait more than 14 days for. I returned them neatly. Everything correct. I subsequently left a review in which I mentioned that their delivery time is not really correctly stated on the website. I received an email from the manager, David, who told me that he would process my return if I adjusted my review. I have not responded to this so far and today I see that only part of the amount has been refunded.

Had to wait for 5 weeks for my shipment to be shipped out. Didn’t get any messages about anything from you until I sent and asked what was going on and got the reply that one of the shoes I ordered (ordered two pairs) wore not in your stock but would arrive within few days. That did not happen and I waited one more week with nothing. I had to sent a message again asking about this and than I was told I could get one of the shoes but get the other ones refunded. I agreed to that but will newer order from your site again.
