I never received the order. I constantly received emails or even SMS messages saying that the shipment was there, that the shipment was delayed, and ultimately that the shipment would be sent back to the sender?!

Even though the delivery took a bit longer, it was worth the wait; the shoes are simply top-notch and securely packaged. I am more than satisfied. I will definitely shop at Sneaxx more often.

The homepage displayed a product for a total fee of 110 CHF. However, when I finally received the goods, I found out there was an additional charge of 32 CHF, which included 24 CHF for UPS duties and approximately 8 CHF for Swiss VAT at 8%. So, the final price ended up being much higher than expected, which made it unclear for me to place an order. Other websites show the final price as it is, even when delivery includes VAT, or ideally, they include VAT in the price. The assistant did help me understand the fees that were applied, so I would give more stars for their customer service support. The shoes are okay, but I would give only one star for the company's pricing setup.

Fast delivery and neatly packaged.

It took a while for them to arrive, but I always received polite updates on my messages about their whereabouts and that the delivery would definitely take place.
