    My order from 13.09. had not been shipped by 27.09., so I declared the cancellation. SNEAXX initially withheld a cancellation fee of 10 €, without providing me with a specific legal basis despite my inquiry. A refund was initially offered to me upon reordering. After my Trustpilot review, SNEAXX threatened with a lawyer and debt collection. In the meantime, the 10 € were refunded to me after a PayPal buyer protection case. The way my inquiries and reviews were handled seems very unprofessional to me.
