Die Schuhe, bestellt Anfang April, sind bis Dato nicht geliefert . Bei der Nachfrage zum Verbleib der Ware per Mail wurde versichert, alles mögliche zu tun, damit die Bestellung schnellstmöglich versendet werden kann, leider nur leere Versprechungen.

Don't worry if the order takes longer than indicated on the site. Delivery took a bit longer, but I was kept nicely informed about the delivery. As promised, the ordered shoes were delivered today.

What a terrible experience this is!! I ordered shoes which I had to wait more than 14 days for. I returned them neatly. Everything correct. I subsequently left a review in which I mentioned that their delivery time is not really correctly stated on the website. I received an email from the manager, David, who told me that he would process my return if I adjusted my review. I have not responded to this so far and today I see that only part of the amount has been refunded.
