Even the product take a while before shipping, the costumer services is active and have a good communication, i hope next time, you will let the costumer know that the orders they bought, you couldn't ship right away because of suddenly out off stock, thats the only problem, i realized later on when the day pass and some off my order online delivered in just few days with updates, but this company didn't update until i updates them..
