Absolutely super!

When I placed my order, it stated that shipping would take 5-9 working days. The shoes arrived on the 9th day. After the order confirmation, it felt like there was a long silence without any updates, which made me worry. In the meantime, I chatted with customer service, and they advised me to be patient. They were quick and polite in their communication. As soon as the shoes were shipped, I received emails with information about shipping and delivery. All in all, I am satisfied. Especially since they were the cheapest here and not available anywhere else. It was also nice that I could pay later with Klarna, especially since I wasn't familiar with the site. That gives a more reassuring feeling.
