Dear Team, Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with the process of my order so far. Even before the package arrived, I was asked by you for a review – yet the goods have not arrived, and the handling has not been satisfactory. What is particularly frustrating is the unexpected customs fee from UPS, which apparently was not communicated transparently in advance. If the package does eventually arrive, I will return it to you immediately. I feel that as a customer, I am not being taken seriously in this matter.

Fast delivery, I was positively surprised. I ordered two pairs of shoes and it exceeded my expectations. I will only order from you in the future. Thank you!

I find that the delivery time of 1 week is quite long, and the shipping costs of €10 are on the high side.
