    Extremely poor customer service. I received a defective unit that failed after 15 minutes. For the past 17 days, the seller has been shifting blame to the manufacturer instead of processing the return. I have already bypassed the seller and got a confirmation for a refund/exchange from the manufacturer, but the seller is still ignoring the case. If you value your consumer rights, look elsewhere.
