Unwanted Order, Poor Customer Support

16-5-2026

My order was placed unintentionally through Shop Pay, and my credit card was charged immediately. I contacted customer service right away to cancel it, but I was told the order had already shipped and they could not help. I understand fast checkout, but the process felt too easy to trigger and impossible to stop. Being told only to refuse the package and wait for a return/refund was frustrating.I would advise other customers to be very careful when using Shop Pay or one-click checkout with this store.I will not accept the parcel if delivery is attempted.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have felt. Once an order is placed through accelerated checkouts like Shop Pay, it is processed immediately in our system so we can ensure fast shipping. Unfortunately, this also means we’re unable to cancel the order once it has already been dispatched. As explained by our customer service team, the safest way to ensure you receive a refund is to refuse the parcel upon delivery. This guarantees that the package is returned directly to us. If we were to issue a refund before the parcel is returned, there is a risk that the shipment could still be collected, which would result in both a lost product and refund. We understand this may feel inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding in following this procedure. Your feedback about the checkout experience is valuable, and we will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our service. If you need any further assistance, we’re always here to help.
