Ivm met een verhuizing zouden de bestellingen iets later komen. Ik heb daarom een mail gestuurd of ze er vaart achter wouden zetten. Uurtje later kreeg ik een belletje dat ze de zelfde dag nog de deur uit zouden gaan en dat er iemand zou gaan zoeken in de bouwval voor mijn onderdelen van totaal 8 euro. Bestelling 2 dagen later binnen en hadden ze het kwetsbare onderdeel 1 extra bij gedaan. Top service ! Nieuwe tevreden klant er bij.

The product was good. The delivery was slow. I live in NL and the ordered product is from NL, so for me 11 days it was a bit too much, and it was stated on the website that the order will be shipped in 4 working days. I had a call after the 4th day with a staff member from the webshop who was supposed to check if my package was sent and said that she will call me back. This never happened.

My order was of 4 micro stepper motors. The only available information I found was a good quality photograph of a motor (no size was given.) I was interested by the relatively large thread and by and the mounting plate seen on the picture. I hoped that the motors being sold in the UE this thread would be a normalized one (like M1.6 for instance). I received 11 motors of different designs with no thread and no mounting plate. Consequently, I will not use any of them and beware more of low prices even more when the seller does not live in China...
