Big selection. Many coins are cheaper than anywhere else in the Netherlands or indeed Europe, and the shipping costs are fair. Part of the big selection (for some of the coins ranging from 'a bit uncommon' to 'really rare') comes with high premiums; it might be worthwhile to check if those are available cheaper elsewhere, but you'd probably end up ordering from several different shops then and pay more for shipping than you save. I like that this shop has the most common coins for good prices and a wide selection of rare interesting ones of which one two are often worthwhile adding to the order. The big selection mainly concerns the silver coins; many gold coins are available and often for a good price as well, but several common ones are noticably absent (e.g., Sovereign). Customer service is excellent. Questions are answered quickly and competently. The website shows how many of any given coin are on stock, and for the rare cases in which a coin isn't available for immediate shipment, this is clearly indicated. So far my experience has always been that the coins that are on stock according to the website are actually on stock. That may sound obvious, but experience with other shops show that this is not as common in this industry as it should be. To sum up: Highly recommended because good prices for some common coins, big selection of uncommon coins, good service, transparent, professionally run, reliable.

Zeer goede service en gewoon bereikbaar. Goede duidelijke website zonder rare 9 euro administratie kosten die bij velen pas achteraf erbij komen. Zeer ruim assortiment en klantvriendelijk, ik bestel graag mijn munten bij deze top shop!

Altijd geweldige service, in het verleden binnen 2 dagen 2 keer besteld, toen heb ik bericht gekregen van de beste heer dat het hem was opgevallen, en stelde hij voor om de beiden pakketjes in 1 te bezorgen zodat het mij 14 euro zou schelen. Topservice en nog nooit beschadigde artikelen ontvangen. voor mij genoeg redenen om niet op zoek te gaan naar een alternatieve dealer.

Geweldige service. Ik had zelf verkeerde jaargang besteld, volgende dag pas in de gaten terwijl pakket al in behandeling was, en toch de gewenste jaargang ontvangen. Helemaal blij mee!

Via de chat op de website kunnen tot laat in de avond vragen worden gesteld waar dan nog direct een antwoord op komt. Daarnaast goede prijzen, snelle verpakking en goede verpakking.
