MacBook Pro retina sent with a wrong not original charge adapter, the first time, then after calling them I received a correct one but still not original and not working well, battery too old and laptop in dirty condition. After a email of complaining, they immediately proposed me to change the whole unit. That was really good from them. Meantime, I used the MacBook for a week and was working very well but, unfortunately, did not matched my needs, so I returned it (very useful ticket system to returning back) and I received my payment back in matter of two days. So, in conclusion, very good service, but mediocre check of the laptop condition and the contents of the package that they are send.
