After ordering the relevant part (door) on the otherwise clear and straightforward webshop, and also making the payment, I was informed that the part would not be delivered to me because it was supposedly mispriced. "It couldn't be sold for that price," the sales representative told me. I was taken aback, but I couldn't convince the seller that this was really their problem and not mine. It was about a difference of 100 euros—twice as expensive. According to the seller, I should have known that the door was priced too low... In the end, I paid an additional 25 euros, which amounts to a 25% increase. (That's why I still gave a score of insufficient instead of poor.) Tip to the seller: Consider taking a good training course and ensure that the parts are correctly priced on the website...

The exhaust had a significant dent, and the driver had no idea what had happened. I really needed that exhaust for the inspection, which is why I didn't return it. This company now knows that next time, it should not send such a product to a customer.
