Ordered a part, was nicely informed in advance about a small damage to the headlight and whether I had noticed it. In consultation, I took another headlight. The shipment did not arrive, I called and was treated politely. There was a mix-up, but it was still sent out promptly; delivery ultimately took 3 to 5 working days. All in all, good service! Highly recommended.
