After receiving a neat and quick delivery of a left headlight for a 208, there was absolutely no leniency from Reclycar after my Peugeot 208 was stolen two months later. Since I had not yet installed the headlight, I asked if they would accept the headlight back with a compensation of €75 (so €325 - €75 for leniency costs). Unfortunately, the short response was, "we do not accept the headlight back." A police report, a nice photo of the still unused new headlight, did not help at all with de Boer. It's a shame; the service is poor and there is no compassion for a customer who has been severely affected and is not only losing €325 but a complete car as well. I will not order anything from de Boer again.
