Perfect fast delivery.

I ordered an exhaust for a Daihatsu Cuore from October 1998. At first, they offered a price of €125. I hesitated because I also needed to order a separate end piece for a few extra tens of euros. However, it was nice that they clearly indicated that in advance. But that would make the price even higher. Maybe I should just look for a second-hand end silencer (the pot + end piece). Later that week, I called, unsure if I was going to go through with it, and they had just received the new price list from their supplier that day. A complete exhaust including shipping for €105! Including a two-year warranty. I was really happy. I felt like I had struck gold because a second-hand end silencer + end piece was €110 elsewhere with a three-month warranty. That made the choice quite simple :-) The only small issue is that it was delivered to my home address (which was very neat) instead of to the garage in a nearby town as agreed, but that’s no big deal. I am very satisfied, felt like a king as a customer, and will definitely reach out to this company again if needed.

The order was delivered correctly, but the communication was not very smooth. I did not receive a response to my question about whether delivery was made to Belgium, nor did I get a reply to my request to invoice to the correct address.

Ordered a part and it was delivered the next day. Completely as agreed. I will order there again next time.
