We ordered a seat here for our Renault Espace. It was a bit nerve-wracking because we needed the seat quickly and weren't familiar with the site. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the order, but after sending an email, they resolved it immediately to our satisfaction, and we received the correct seat on time without any extra costs.

DE Boer had it in stock, and after a phone call where I received excellent assistance (otherwise, I would have received the wrong one), I received the correct unit.
