The most disorganized company I have ever experienced. Appointments are absolutely not honored. After 2 weeks, I am still waiting for my parts, which should have been at my door within a few days. Calling is also pointless because the administrative person (in this case, Simon) says it will be taken care of and that they will call back. They have said this 6 times in total, and not once have they called back. I feel like I am being scammed in this situation. So based on my experience, I advise everyone to stay away from Reclycar de Boer. I really hope something is done about this because it is unpleasant for everyone.
