I was politely spoken to on the phone by their staff and ordered a set of electric windows for my car, which does not have electric windows. I asked the man in question to think along with me so that I would receive a complete conversion kit. Unfortunately, that did not happen automatically, and I ultimately received the motors for the door along with one complete switch and one incomplete switch, while the wiring and connectors were missing. Despite the above issues, the delivered items function well. However, I would have preferred this to be different. Best regards, Coen
