According to the agreement, the part was to be shipped on Wednesday and delivered on Friday. Unfortunately, on Friday there was no part. After a phone call on Saturday with the company, I was told I would receive a call back, and within 15 minutes I got a response: something had gone wrong, but the part would be delivered today between 11 and 12 o'clock. This happened exactly a little after 11 o'clock. This was the first time I placed such an order, and I must say the treatment over the phone was very professional. This delivery was around Ascension Day, so it might have contributed to the mix-up. Overall, I had a very good experience with this company.

I hope that the dealer will fulfill his word, because first they sent 2 broken parts and 2 good ones, and then they sent the wrong air filter for a Puma 1.4 16v, while I have a 1.7 16v with 160 hp, so the air filter is too small. In 4 weeks, I will come to Stadskanaal to exchange it, and I hope they will have the correct parts then.
