Great company. I was called to be informed about the price. They charge normal shipping costs (not 30 or even 40 euros, like other companies do). The part was delivered quickly, worked well, and comes with a 3-month warranty. Highly recommended!

Customer friendliness leaves much to be desired. I bought a product that was five euros cheaper at another store, and the shipping costs were also lower by up to five euros.

I ordered a headlight, but received the wrong one. I returned it via Post NL and paid €6.95, which they do not reimburse. I did not make the mistake. I am still waiting to receive my money for the headlight back in my account. They are negligent in that regard.

According to the agreement, the part was to be shipped on Wednesday and delivered on Friday. Unfortunately, on Friday there was no part. After a phone call on Saturday with the company, I was told I would receive a call back, and within 15 minutes I got a response: something had gone wrong, but the part would be delivered today between 11 and 12 o'clock. This happened exactly a little after 11 o'clock. This was the first time I placed such an order, and I must say the treatment over the phone was very professional. This delivery was around Ascension Day, so it might have contributed to the mix-up. Overall, I had a very good experience with this company.
