I am VERY satisfied with the service from Reclycar de Boer. I had an electric window mechanism for a Mercedes, and for some reason, it didn't fit. After having a phone conversation with an employee, I was offered without being asked that I could return it. Which company does this with electric parts? So now I know where to go next time. Having car trouble is always a hassle, but fortunately, the car was quickly repaired with a used part at a low cost!

Quickly received my items, neatly packaged, completely satisfied.

I ordered a new side mirror through the parts line. After that, I received a link for an iDEAL payment, which I paid. A few days later, the mirror arrived. The invoice I received was for a second-hand mirror and was therefore cheaper. I sent an email about this, which was answered overnight stating that the invoice was incorrect. I then responded with a request to send me the correct invoice. I have now made this request four times, but they have not responded. I no longer have any trust in this company.
